These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.

If you download and use Dex through an app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the Services is also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective app store. You agree to comply with any such applicable terms when downloading or using the Dex app.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ original intent as closely as possible in a legally enforceable manner.
These Terms, along with Dex’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dex with respect to the Services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Dex.
