How to Redeem Promo Codes?

Even tho' we offer a specific button to redeem promo codes inside Dex, this often fails as Apple seems to be unable to handle this feature as mentioned here:

Since launch, Apple's in-app Offer Code redemption sheet has proven to be extremely unstable. For example, the sheet may not connect, may not dismiss after a successful redemption, and may not accept valid codes.

A workaround may be to instead redirect customers to the App Store app to redeem codes as described below.

However, and as mentioned, there's a workaround:

1. Open Apple's App Store app
2. Open your profile
3. Select "Redeem Gift Card or Code"
4. Select "Enter Code Manually"
5. Enter your code in the box
6. Tap Redeem
7. A success message will appear once you've successfully redeemed the Code
8. Open Dex and confirm you have Dex+
