Dex for Web: Early Access Begins July 22

It’s happening! Dex for Web officially enters Early Access on July 22, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

For the first time ever, you’ll be able to access Dex — your collection, your profile, your friends — directly from your browser. No installs. No updates. Just Dex, anywhere.

We’re kicking things off with a strong foundation: Owned Cards, Profile, and Friends will be available right away. And this is just the beginning. We're rolling out features incrementally, with Folders and other tools joining the experience as we continue development throughout the summer.

Because Dex for Web is a fresh platform, we’re also taking the opportunity to experiment. You’ll notice new ideas, new interactions, and a few things you’ve never seen before. If you like them, there’s a good chance they’ll make their way back to our Apple apps too — this is your chance to help shape the future of Dex.

Whether you're updating your collection on the go, checking in on your friends, or diving deep into old sets, Dex for Web is built to feel fast, familiar, and connected — all without needing to leave your browser.

Ruben Joins Dex Full-Time

We’re beyond excited to welcome Ruben to the Dex team as a full-time Software Engineer, starting July 1!

Ruben comes to us from Plex, bringing serious experience in building high-performance web apps. But even before going full-time, he had already been helping us behind the scenes — contributing to Dex in his free time, on and off, and still managing to ship meaningful improvements that laid the groundwork for Dex for Web. Now, imagine what he can do when he's working with us full-time.

From performance to polish, Ruben is leading the charge on making Dex for Web feel just right. He’s thoughtful, focused, and brings a calm energy that keeps the team moving forward. We’re lucky to have him, and you’ll be seeing the results of his work very soon.

What About Android?

We hear you — and yes, Android is coming.

While we don’t have a locked-in release date just yet, we’re aiming to launch the Android app not too long after Web. The wait won’t be much longer.

And here’s the best part: thanks to Dex for Web, you won’t need to wait at all. No matter what device you’re on — iOS, Android, desktop, tablet — you’ll be able to use Dex right from your browser. It’s fast, powerful, and always up to date.
