As part of our planned maintenance on June 19 at 6:00 AM UTC, we began important server updates to prepare for the early access launch of Dex on the Web later this month. While everything was scheduled to go smoothly, an unexpected issue on our infrastructure provider's side has caused a longer-than-expected interruption to some online features.
What’s going on?
After completing the final step of our migration, a misstep by our infrastructure provider led to delays in bringing our services fully back online. We're actively working with their team to correct the issue, but because this is dependent on systems outside our direct control, the recovery has taken longer than anticipated.
Our current estimate is that everything should be fully restored by 9:00 PM UTC today.
What this means for you?
- You can still open Dex and use most features if you’re already logged in
- However, you won’t be able to log in or create a new account until the issue is resolved
- No action is needed on your end — we’re on it!
We know this isn’t ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience and support. We’re doing everything we can to bring Dex fully back online as soon as possible. We’ll continue to post updates here as progress is made.
